Mr. Britton formed PowerGrid Communications in March 2006 to bring integrated utility applications,BPL Network technology, and retail broadband services together into a single operating company, to meet the needs of the emerging broadband Powerline industry. As IDACOMM's President and CEO, Chris was on the forefront of the BPL industry, where he developed extensive BPL technical and operating expertise and worked with some of the world's best equipment companies and Utility's to create full service Intelligent BPL grids. Britton has assembled some of the industries most experienced technical and operating executives and growing PowerGrid Communications as one of the top Global BPL Utility Operating Companies.

Jeff Schumacher serves as PowerGrid Communication’s Executive Vice President Operations, Chief Operations Officer and is responsible
for network deployments and backoffice support. Jeff has considerable experience in developing BPL, wireless and fiber networks,
and expertise in large scale call center and network operations center management. Jeff comes to PowerGrid from IDACOMM, IDACORP’s
Utility CLEC, where he was the EVP of Operations and BPL Launch. He has deployed and integrated multiple BPL network sites including
the original CenterPoint Energy, Entergy, IDACORP and Austin Energy. He also works closely with utility customers and retail users.
Jeff has led design, buildout and commissioning of hybrid BPL networks using fiber, BPL and wireless access from several different
vendors such as Ambient, Amperion, Corinex and Mitsubishi. He has also developed an industry leading Network Management System
which can manage the specific BPL network characteristics from a single web enabled portal. Jeff also has developed a unique
PowerGrid approach, by working closely with the utilities, FCC and ARRL to identify RF interference and ensure the BPL networks are
fully compliant.

Pedro Martin serves as PowerGrid Communication’s VP for Business Development in Latin America. He’s responsible for driving our business in the region and comes to PowerGrid after many years of successfully launching and managing new telecommunications and information technologies businesses. With a strong technical background and ample experience in striking strategic alliances with equipment manufacturers, service providers and channel partners, Pedro has led ventures in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica and other countries with smaller partners as well as with global entities like IBM, Nortel, Telefonica, AT&T and others. He has a profound understanding of these countries’ idiosyncrasies and holds extensive relationships in the region.
