Design
PowerGrid thoroughly reviews, evaluates, and identifies all of the elements that are attached to the electric grid that incorporates substations through feeders, to and past the meters, and into the homes to determine an architecture that meets your modeled business plan objectives.

Build
With BPL experience dating back to 2000, we segment a Utility's footprint by substation, which we then formalize into "Smart Grid" sections. From there we handle developing a design, ordering equipment, staging construction, test and turn-up by neighborhood. Our design, install, test and turn-up and service activation processes are the most advanced within the industry.

Operate
As systems operators from the early 1990's, we have launched and managed 100's of markets supporting millions of customers. PowerGrid will operate the largest dedicated, Smart Grid centric, network operations center, with engineering, technical support and help desk teams focused exclusively on each Utility. We monitor and control instantaneous electric grid performance, real-time consumer demand and conservation, advanced meter data collection and reporting and trouble or repair dispatching. In addition, PowerGrid manages the full broadband consumer applications and subscriber services network including OSS/BSS, provisioning, technical support and content management.
